Return & Refund Policy
- No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been delivered.
- Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. Claims for defective items will only be accepted within 5 days of delivery.
- How to Report a Defective Item: To report a defective product, please email us at [support@thelittlepaw.in] with your order number, a description of the defect, and a photo of the item. Our team will review your claim and, if validated, provide instructions on how to return the defective item.
- To Claim Any Damage Opening Video of the Product and the Parcel is Mandatory.
- Return Shipping for Defective Items: If a defective item is confirmed, we will cover the return shipping cost. Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be issued.
- Important Note: Items returned after 5 days of delivery or items that have been used or altered in any way will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
